the Author
Carlos,
our Latin American baseball expert, is a former semipro baseball and fast
pitch softball player in México. He is the former Treasurer of the
Mexican Baseball Federation. He also managed little leagues teams and several
National Junior teams in a number of intenational tournaments, including
the 1991, IBA World Youth Championship, in Brandon, Manitoba Canada. Carols
was also a Special Assignment Scout for the Boston Red Sox.
By day, he is a chemical engineer, water and wastewater specialist and Senior Executive.
